Our team has been equipped to work remotely and is still able to provide the same level of support to our clients. Our technical team can provide remote or on-site support depending on the client’s requirements. The necessary procedures have been put in place to ensure that the client and the technician is kept safe during on-site visits.
Our new mind-set is that anything can be resolved with versatile people, collaborative partnerships and technology.

Taropa has adapted a work-from-home policy to promote social distancing and to keep our staff safe and healthy. The office has been equipped with the necessary health and safety equipment, processes and procedures to keep anyone who enters the premises safe.
All staff have been trained and are well equipped with PPE to safeguard themselves and our clients whilst executing their tasks. Our technicians have undergone special training to ensure that they may handle callouts in a safe, effective and professional manner.
Our processes have been adjusted to continue business as usual whilst keeping our staff and clients safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff have been equipped to work remotely and can be reached via email or telephone.
Our technical staff are still able to support our clients remotely or on-site. If on-site support is required, the technician will use the necessary PPE equipment, follow company policy and practice social distancing to keep themselves and clients safe.
Throughout the Lockdown, it has been our top priority to be in constant communication with our clients, and to ensure that they are aware of the latest business practices. We have gone the extra mile to navigate the pandemic through adjusting current processes without compromising our standards. We value each and every client and are working diligently to uphold the long-standing relationships that we have in place.
